Marco has more than 20 years of research experience in both industry and at top research institutions that includes theU.S. Naval Research Laboratory in Washington D.C. and CERN.
He made significant contributions to the theoretical development of quantum radar, quantum gravimetry, quantum computing, and underwater quantum communications. He has received awards for his research on quantum information systems in gravitational fields, and has been granted several U.S. patents and published dozens of scholarly articles.
He has authored several books, including Quantum Information in Gravitational Fields (2014), Underwater Communications(2012) and Quantum Radar (2011).
He has served on several committees of scientific conferences and as editor of technical books and journals. He earned his Ph.D. in Physics from Oxford University.
